About The Sanaré Wellness Center

Our relaxing setting is just what you need to restore, refresh, and rejuvenate.
The Sanaré Wellness Center is ideally located off I-84, minutes from downtown Southington on the first floor of a serene, wheelchair-accessible office space with ample off-street parking.
We offer individual and group Energy Healing Sessions in our Energy Enhancement Light System (EESystem) and BioCharger rooms, along with Energy Healing events in our large treatment space.
The EESystem Room
Our main treatment room features a meditation space with leather recliners and zero-gravity chairs where clients receive healing energy from four towers of six screens. These towers make up the 24-Unit Energy Enhancement Light System (also know as the EESystem) that emit multiple bioactive, regenerative energy fields — including scalar waves and biophotons, that energize your cells and assist your body’s ability to repair and heal itself.
To make your visit more comfortable for day or overnight sessions, we provide pillows, lightweight cotton blankets, and eye masks. Expect the lights to be dim in this space, but bright enough to easily find your way around.
Relaxing music is played during the session; however, we also encourage clients to bring noise-canceling headphone or earbuds to listen to their own meditation music. We do our best to accommodate special needs or requests — just let us know before your session.
Imagine the optimal feeling you get after spending time outside in the sun, on the beach, or hiking in the woods. The BioCharger enables us to bring these benefits indoors to enhance your health and wellness.
Our cozy BioCharger room features comfy leather seating where clients receive direct healing energy from the BioCharger unit. Sessions are programmed for specific needs and ailments, so clients often have this space to themselves to enjoy the healing frequencies. The Sanaré BioCharger room has lots of natural light. Guests may bring a book or headphones to unwind during sessions; however, we also provide pillows, lightweight cotton blankets, and eye masks for a deeply restorative nap.
Day or Night Healing
Healing Energy Sessions in our EESystem room can be scheduled according to your personal needs. For those with chronic conditions a goal of 20 session hours is recommended. We recommend that clients who are local to Connecticut schedule two 4-hour sessions weekly. Out-of-state clients may prefer longer day or overnight sessions. All healing clients should plan a day of rest in between sessions.
Scalar waves are non-directional and fill the entire room regardless of its size. The energy field is enhanced by the collective energy of the people who are sharing the space.
Day
Daytime sessions can accommodate up to18 guests. Day sessions are conducted within center hours every day except Wednesday and Sunday.

Daytime clients will be provided with zero-gravity chairs, blankets, pillows, and eye masks.
Night
Nighttime sessions can accommodate up to 5 individuals, or groups up to 10 people. Overnight sessions are 10 hours 9pm to 7am, or 8pm to 6am.
Nighttime clients are provided with a twin XL air-mattress, sheets, and a blanket. A bed pillow is not provided.

The space cannot accommodate air mattresses for groups of 6 or more people. Large groups should plan to use Sanaré's zero-gravity chairs and bring their own bedding.
